Sponsorship Sales Representative

We are currently seeking to fill the position of Sponsorship Sales Representative. The individual who is selected to join our vibrant team of Catholic innovators must be hard working and self motivated.

The successful candidate will be an articulate and well-rounded communicator who has the ability to expand the sponsorship customer base. Additionally, it will be imperative to the success of the Sales Representative that they generate a high volume of phone calls every day. Responsibilities for the Sales Representative will include:

  • Working in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop strategies, goals and methods for sponsorship sales
  • Researching the territory around assigned parishes via the internet
  • Qualifying prospects over the phone, cold calling potential customers (100% of work is done over the phone)
  • Accurately and effectively converting a prospect to a client via Solutio's customer relationship management software

Individuals who apply for this position will be considered based upon past sales experience/success, strong written and verbal communication skills, professional conduct/demeanor. These individuals should also be proficient in basic keyboarding skills, and have the ability to learn and execute intermediate level technical skills involving online software (including webinars). Knowledge of the Catholic faith and parishes is strongly preferred.

Compensation for this full-time position will be based on an hourly wage and commission. Those who are hired will be expected to work from the Solutio office located in Colwich, KS (near Wichita, KS). Benefits include paid holidays, Holy Days, and the employee will be eligible to earn paid time off.
