OUR HISTORY

Co-Founded by Andy Gorges and Al Jirak in the Spring of 2006, Solutio grew out of a desire to improve digital communication within the Church. Beginning with the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Wichita, KS, our clients now span the country from Hawaii to New York, and North Dakota to Texas. We were founded on the ideas of exceptional customer service, the best custom website design, and easy to use tools. Those same values are what drive us to excellence still today.

Prior to joining Solutio, Travis worked as a youth minister at the parish level, and then as the director of Totus Tuus, a summer catechetical program, for the Diocese of Wichita. By assisting the Church in developing more effective websites, it is his hope that the New Evangelization can more fully encounter the Digital Continent. Being a businessman, and Catholic entrepreneur is awesome, but what Travis is truly passionate about is his wife, Maria, and their beautiful family (...and the Kansas City Chiefs).

Andy Gorges

Andy's life-long fascination with computers started with programming them in grade school. He rounded out his education with a degree in computer science at Kansas State University, and then started his career in the industry before co-founding Solutio. He believes the Church should be on the forefront of science and technology. While Andy doesn't think drones should be distributing Holy Communion, he does believe parishes should have great websites!

Al has always had a knack for looking at things in a different way. He finished his degree in Computer Engineering and then worked as an I/T professional for about 4 years. After investigating the communication needs of the parish where his brother was assigned as an associate priest, Al found an opportunity to combine his passion for this faith, and his talent for computer systems to co-found Solutio with his friend Andy. When Al isn't building websites, he is busy chasing down his 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 children with wife Teresa.
